are Product Points?<\/h2>\n<p>Every Product and Global Packages have their own designated Product Points which come in 3 different valuations, namely: Positional Points, Pairing Points (also called complete Product List with Product Points for Nigeria.\"<\/em><\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<h2>What is Personal Monthly Achievement (PMA)?<\/h2>\n<p>Personal Monthly Achievement (PMA) is sometimes called &#8220;maintenance.&#8221; It is defined as <strong>a requirement from you to re-order products, at a monthly basis<\/strong>, that will meet the minimum required Positional Points (POSPV) <strong>to qualify you to earn<\/strong> from the following reward plans:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Matched Sales Bonus (MSB) &#8211; is also called Pairing Bonus<\/li>\n<li>Unilevel Sales Bonus (USB)<\/li>\n<li>Stair Step Bonus (SSB)<\/li>\n<li>Royalty Commissions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>As you&#8217;ve understood by now, <strong>PMA is based on POSPV<\/strong>, and the value varies from which country your AIM Global account is.\u00a0 For example, if you have a Philippines account\u00a0 the\u00a0 minimum PMA is <strong>0.3334 POSPV<\/strong> monthly, while in Europe the minimum PMA is only<strong> 0.3 POSPV<\/strong> monthly.<\/p>\n<p>So if you are from Philippines, to meet the PMA of at least 0.3334 POSPV, you would need to re-order within a month in quantities of products that when points are combined would at least total to a minimum of 0.3334 POSPV. For example, 1 box of Complete Phyto-energizer has a POSPV of 0.1667. For example, I am on Philippines Distributor account and have recently acquired Downlines from Europe, so obviously they are on European Distributor account. For me to start earning Commissional Points from my Downlines in Europe, I had to do NPP a minimum of 2.0 POSPV as established by the Company..<\/p>\n<p>You also do NPP if you have a Philippines Distributor account and want to use the Company&#8217;s <a href=\"\/articles\/affiliates-and-aimglobal-distributors\/#r2me\">R2ME system<\/a> to do affiliate marketing in the Philippines.<\/p>\n<h2>What Happens if You Forget to do PMA or NPP?<\/h2>\n<p>Let&#8217;s say this month you forgot to do PMA. It will mean that you are <strong>not going to earn the next month&#8217;s commissions<\/strong> generated by your Downlines, particularly from MSB, USB, SSB, Royalty Commissions\u00a0 &#8211;including Travel Reward Points or Gift Checks.<\/p>\n<p>Now for NPP, if there&#8217;s a new product launched, you will not start earning applicable commissions from this new product until you do the required NPP for it. So it will mean that you will just earn commissions from the other products as per usual &#8211;provided you are doing the PMA.<\/p>\n<h2>How Does the DTC Know That You&#8217;ve Done PMA or NPP?<\/h2>\n<p>Whenever you have made purchases for your re-orders to meet PMA or NPP, the Product Points will be transferred by BCO or VCO into your Distributor Tracking Center (DTC) account &#8211;particularly in your E-STORE page. See the steps below:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to your DTC (Distributor Tracking Centre) via &#8220;Empowered Consumerism&#8221; site at <br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aimglobalproducts.com\/dtc\">https:\/\/aimglobalproducts.com\/dtc<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If you have multiple heads, scroll down the page and on the bottom area make sure your main head (#1) is highlighted in lime-coloured background. If not, you need to click it so it is highlighted.
